Stuffed Paneer Tomato Recipe

Ingredients:
5-6 medium size Tomatoes
100-150gms Paneer
1 Onion finely chopped
chopped Coriander leaves
2 Green chili (finely chopped)
Salt, Red chili powder to taste.
Gram Masala to taste
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tbsp. oil
Making Stuffed Paneer Tomato:
- Clean the tomatoes and let it dry.
- Slice the top part of the tomato like a cap. Carefully scoop out the center part . Keep aside the scooped part and cut the tops of the tomato.
- Take oil and heat it in low flame in pan add sliced onions and green chilies till it becomes soft.
- Now add the pulp and cut tomato and saute for a minute and all dry masalas and mix them well for a minute more.
- Put paneer, mix well and saute for a minute.
- Fill the scooped tomatoes with the mixture.
- Top it with cheese and sliced coriander.
- Keep the stuffed tomatoes in a cooker container. Add little butter and pressure cook for about one whistle. You can also bake the stuffed tomatoes in an oven at 250 degree c for 15 minutes.
- Serve this delicious stuffed paneer tomato hot.
