Sabudana Kheer Recipe
How to make Sabudana Kheer at home
Ingredients:
1 litre Milk
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1 cup Sago
1 tbsp. Cashew nut
1 tbsp. Raisins
Making Sago Pudding:
- Rinse and drain the sago and add it to the milk.
- Boil the milk till it reduces and thickens.
- Melt the sugar in water and the pour it to the milk.
- Cook on medium heat stirring nonstop, till the mix becomes thick.
- At last garnish with cashew nuts and raisin.
- Serve the cool Saboodana kheer and savor it .
