Hara Chana (Green Chickpeas) Masala Recipe
Hara Channa also known as green chickpeas which is available all year round, this has a lot of health benefits they are excellent source of vitamin B9 and antioxidants vitamin A and C, they are all natural fresh source of protein.

Ingredients:
1.4 kg Hara Chana
50ml oil
4gm ginger and green chilly, chopped
1gm asafoetida
10gm cloves
10gm bay leaf
10gm salt
3gm sugar
Lemon juice
5gm garam masala powder
Garnishes:
5 gm chopped coriander
Making Hara Chana Masala:
- Warm up the oil, add cumin, cloves, bay leaf, chopped ginger, green chili, and shallow fry till 2 minutes.
- Add hara channa (green chickpeas) and cook until it’s done.
- Put lemon juice, chopped coriander and garam masala powder.
- Decorate the hara chana (green chickpeas) masala with cut coriander leaves and serve it hot.
