1 Can/400g Tomatoes, Chopped, in Rich Tomato Juice, Italian, Canned, Tesco
5 Tbsps/10g Sweetener, Canderel
1 Tsp/5g Mixed Herbs, Average
8oz/227g Apples, Golden Delicious, Average
100g Onions, Red, Raw, Average
284.15ml Water, Mineral Or Tap
500g Chicken, Breast, Diced, Average
3g Garlic, Raw, Average
10g Stock Cubes, Chicken, Knorr
25g Curry Powder, Medium, Sharwood’s
8oz/227g Passata, Napolina
3 Sprays/0.6ml Oil, Sunflower, Spray, Fry Light

Method: How to make Chicken & Apple Curry


  • Chop Onions, apple’s, garlic, Cube the chicken breasts removing excess fat.


1) Spray pan with Frylight and fry onion & garlic until soft
2) Add the chicken and curry powder, fry for 5mins
3) Add the apple, tin toms, passata, stock cube, sweetener, herbs, water & simmer for 30mins.

Serve with Veg or Rice
