5 Tbsps/10g Sweetener, Canderel |
1 Tsp/5g Mixed Herbs, Average |
8oz/227g Apples, Golden Delicious, Average |
100g Onions, Red, Raw, Average |
284.15ml Water, Mineral Or Tap |
500g Chicken, Breast, Diced, Average |
3g Garlic, Raw, Average |
10g Stock Cubes, Chicken, Knorr |
25g Curry Powder, Medium, Sharwood’s |
8oz/227g Passata, Napolina |
3 Sprays/0.6ml Oil, Sunflower, Spray, Fry Light |
Method: How to make Chicken & Apple Curry
Preperation:
- Chop Onions, apple’s, garlic, Cube the chicken breasts removing excess fat.
Steps:
1) Spray pan with Frylight and fry onion & garlic until soft
2) Add the chicken and curry powder, fry for 5mins
3) Add the apple, tin toms, passata, stock cube, sweetener, herbs, water & simmer for 30mins.
Serve with Veg or Rice
